Mrs. Harriet Louise Haney, 88, 414 S. Water St., long-time resident of the city, died Saturday in Culver Hospital. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a 50-year member of OES and DAR. She graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1903. Born Nov. 7, 1882, in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of Nathaniel and Mary Hunt Hamilton. She was married Oct. 11, 1905, to Walter J. Haney. Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Walter N. Haney, two grandsons, Dr. Patrick Haney of San Antonio, Tex., and Ryan Haney of Indianapolis, and a great-grandchild. Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Little officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:30 p.m. today.
